Administrators / Executives / Directors / Reports / View Time Off Reports (Vacation Days, Sick Days, etc)
- Log in with your Administrator account.
- Click on the top tab called REPORTS.
- Click on the Time Off-Alternate button.
- You have options to update your report by:
- Selecting individual or multiple employees from the drop-down list.
- Selecting a date range.
- Selecting which type of Time Off you would like to view or leave this filter open if you'd like to view them all.
- Click the blue button called GENERATE.
- Now you can see a column for Carry Over, Accrued, Pending, Reviewed, Approved, Declined, and Balance. This data will display for the specified dates you have selected.
- To transfer this data into a spreadsheet, click the orange Copy to Clipboard button.
- You can click into an Employee's individual profile and go to their Vacation tab to view details of what has been requested.
Note: If you would like to see any extra details around what was approved and when, Administrators can go to Reports / Notifications for a birds eye view.
