Why “Meets” is scored at 50%:
  • ContrastHR uses a five level scoring scale.
  • Meets is positioned at the midpoint of the scale.
  • This allows the system to show the difference between meeting expectations, exceeding expectations, and far exceeding expectations.
Suggested rating interpretation:
  • Far Exceeds = Exceptional performance
  • Exceeds = Strong performance above expectations
  • Meets = Consistently meeting role expectations
  • Partially Meets = Some expectations met, with development needed
  • Does Not Meet = Expectations are not currently being met
