- ContrastHR uses a five level scoring scale.
- Meets is positioned at the midpoint of the scale.
- This allows the system to show the difference between meeting expectations, exceeding expectations, and far exceeding expectations.
- Far Exceeds = Exceptional performance
- Exceeds = Strong performance above expectations
- Meets = Consistently meeting role expectations
- Partially Meets = Some expectations met, with development needed
- Does Not Meet = Expectations are not currently being met
