How does Performance Review scoring work in ContrastHR?
- ContrastHR uses a weighted percentage based scoring system. Each review question has a weight, and each rating option applies a percentage of that weight to the final score.
- Standard rating scale:
• Far Exceeds = 100%
• Exceeds = 75%
• Meets = 50%
• Partially Meets = 25%
• Does Not Meet = 0%
