  • Employee scores
  • Supervisor scores
  • Scoring by template
  • Scoring across the company
  • Scoring within a selected time period
  • Performance trends over time

Can results be compared year over year?
Yes.
  • If the same template is used, admins can compare question level responses over time.
  • If templates change, admins can still compare overall percentage scores to track broader performance trends.
