How question weights work: 
  • Each question can be weighted based on importance.
  • Higher weighted questions have a larger impact on the final score.
  • The selected rating determines how much of that question’s weight is applied.
  • Example:
    • A question is worth 25 points
    • The reviewer selects Exceeds
    • Exceeds applies 75% of the question weight
    • Calculation: 25 × 75% = 18.75 points
