How to participate in a Challenge:​

• Go to the Wellness tab and click Active Challenges.Select the challenge to engage with.
• Access Guidance, Tasks, and the Comment Wall via the menu or by scrolling.
• Complete daily tasks and log accomplishments for points.
• Check the Leaderboard to see rankings.
