Administrators / ​Executives / Directors / Managers / ​Manage Employees / Explore the People Section / Add a Private Note to Employee Profile​
Notes are only viewed and edited by Administrators and the individual the employee reports to.
  • Go into the People section.
  • Select the employee profile you would like to add a Note to.
  • Click on the Notes tab.
  • On the top right of the screen, click on the blue +Note button.
  • Fill in Note Details.
  • Input the Note Category by using the drop down menu, and select a Note Date. 
  • Scroll down and click on the blue Save Employee.​
