- Log in as an administrator.
- Click on the PEOPLE tab.
- Click the blue SELECT button to select all staff or use the checkboxes to select individual staff you are notifying.
- Once selected, click the blue NOTIFY button and there will be 3 options: System Notification, Text Message, or Account Access.
- System Notification - This message will appear on their Dashboard under Notifications.
- Text Message - This message will be sent to their mobile phone.
- You will be prompted to fill in your message.
- Click the blue CREATE NOTIFICATION button to finish.
