Administrators / Executives / Directors / Documents & Policies / Feature a Document for New Hires (Onboarding)
- Go to the DOCUMENTS section.
- Click on the name of the document you would like to feature to a new employee. (Note: use searchable tags such as "onboarding" on your documents to make them easier to find).
- Switch the toggle to YES under "Featured" if you want it to be featured on the new employee's dashboards.
- Input a date for the document to stop being featured.
- If you would like the new employee to sign off that they have read and received this document, toggle Electronic Signature to YES.
- Allow the new employee to view the document by using the drop-down menu under "Employees" to select the new employee.
- Scroll down to SAVE DOCUMENT.
